Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Casablanca to Marrakech
Begin the tour in Casablanca, visiting key landmarks such as the Hassan II Mosque, the United Nations Palace, and the Corniche. Afterward, drive to Marrakech, where you’ll have free time to explore the city. Overnight accommodation will be in a riad or hotel.
Day 2: Full Day in Marrakech
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Marrakech’s famous sights including Menara Garden, Koutoubia Mosque, Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace, and Dar Si Said Palace Jewelry Museum. Afterward, enjoy lunch and explore the colorful souks of the Medina. Finish the day with a sunset drink at Jemaa El Fna Square. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 3: Marrakech to Dades Valley via High Atlas Mountains
Drive southeast through the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi Ntichka Pass, offering panoramic views. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, known for its ancient kasbahs. Continue to the Dades Valley for an overnight stay at a hotel or riad.
Day 4: Dades Valley to Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, drive towards Merzouga, passing through the Todgha Gorges and Berber villages. Reach Merzouga and prepare for a camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy the sunset and spend the night in a traditional Berber tent, experiencing nomadic desert life with music and a starry sky.
Day 5: Merzouga to Fes via Ziz Valley, Ifrane, and Cedar Forest
Rise early to enjoy the sunrise over the desert dunes, then return by camel to your hotel. Depart Merzouga, passing through Erfoud, the Ziz Valley, and the Aoufous oasis. After lunch in Midelt, continue your journey through the cedar forests of Ifrane and the Middle Atlas Mountains, where you may spot Barbary monkeys. Stop in Ifrane before reaching Fes. Drop off at your accommodation, marking the end of the 5-day tour.
