Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Gorges
Begin your journey at 8:00 AM with a drive through the High Atlas Mountains, passing picturesque Berber villages and the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village famous for its role in numerous Hollywood films.
After lunch in Ouarzazate, continue through the Rose Valley and the Oasis of Skoura before reaching the Dades Gorges. Spend the night in a charming riad or hotel, enjoying a traditional Moroccan dinner.
Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, explore the dramatic Todra Gorges, where towering rock walls create a breathtaking natural spectacle. Continue to Erfoud, known for its fossils and marble workshops, and then to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert.
In Merzouga, embark on a camel trek at sunset, crossing the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi to reach your desert camp. Enjoy dinner under the stars, followed by traditional Berber music around the campfire. Spend the night in a luxury tent equipped with all modern comforts.
Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Ifrane – Fes
